We value your business and support and we will make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If anything goes wrong, we will make it right for you!

【Return & Refund Policy】

1. Returns are only allowed for items bought on this website and available for online orders.

2. If an item arrives broken or damaged - please contact us within 14 days(It will be calculated from the day of confirmation of receipt) of receipt to arrange for either a refund or replacement. In this situation, the return shipping will be on us! 

3. If an item arrives perfectly fine but you still want to return it, please keep the products with all the original packaging, price tags, and labels. Please note if the product(s) is damaged during the return, it will not be accepted.

4. Final sale items cannot be returned.

5. Please kindly contact our Customer Care Personnel through customercare@fionasia.com, with the subject title: Return Request – Your Order Number. With the detail: Your reason for a product return (include photographs where appropriate) Our customer service team will get back to you within the next two working days.

6. Upon receipt of the return, FION reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

* How to return?

1. Send email to customercare@fionasia.com, with the subject title: Return Request – Your Order Number. With the detail: Your reason for a product return (include photographs where appropriate) .Then you will be informed of the return address and required to ship the item(s).(The company address is not the return address of the package,and the specific address will be sent by customer service email.)

2. Your returned items will be inspected once it arrives at our warehouse.

3. Once your return is accepted, it will take up to 10 to 14 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

4. If a refund is not credited to you after 14 working days, please email customercare@fionasia.com for assistance.

【Exchange Policy】

1. Exchanges are only allowed for items bought on this website and available for online orders.

2. If an item arrives broken or damaged - please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for either a replacement. In this situation, the return shipping will be on us! 

3. If an item arrives perfectly fine but you want to exchange to another color or anything, the shipping costs for the exchange will be on you.

4. Exchanged products should include all the original packaging, price tags, and labels otherwise it will not be accepted.

5. Final sale items cannot be exchanged.

6. Once your exchange is approved, you can exchange for another FION product of equal retail value. The difference will be borne by the customer should the exchange be of a merchandise with a higher retail value. No refund of the excess will be given should the exchanged merchandise be of lower retail value.

* How to exchange?

1. Send email to customercare@fionasia.com, with the subject title: Exchange Request – Your Order Number. With the detail: Your reason for a product exchange (include photographs where appropriate) and which product to exchange for.

2. You will be informed of the location of our warehouse and required to ship the item(s).

3. Your returned items will be inspected once it arrives at our warehouse.

4. Once your return is successful, the warehouse will ship the new item within 5 days.

【 Warranty Terms】

FION products are covered by a 6-month warranty (from the date of receipt).

Our Warranty Conditions are as follows:

1. This warranty only covers workmanship faults and material defects under responsible use.

2. This warranty does not cover the natural aging of materials, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. 

3. This warranty only covers items bought on this website and is available for online orders.
